Liver Cancer Meaning
Liver cancer or hepatic cancer is properly considered to be a cancer which starts in the liver, as opposed to a cancer which originates in another organ and migrates to the liver, known as a liver metastasis. For a thorough understanding of liver cancer it is important to have an understanding of how the liver functions.Liver cancer thus consists of the presence of malignant hepatic tumors, growths on or in the liver (medical terms pertaining to the liver often start in hepato, or hepatic from the Greek word for liver, hēpar, stem hēpat-). Liver tumors may be discovered on medical imaging, which may occur incidentally to imaging performed for a different disease than the cancer itself, or may present symptomatically, as an abdominal mass, abdomial pain, jaundice, nausea or some other liver dysfunction.

Treatment for brain tumors
- A patient's team may include a dietitian, a social worker, a physical therapist, and probably other specialists.
- The treatment protocols vary widely according to the location of the tumor, its size, grade, and type, the patient's age, and any additional medical problems that the person may have.
- The most widely used treatments are surgery, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy. In some cases, more than one of these treatment types are used.

Symptoms for brain cancer
The symptoms for brain tumors are numeric and not specific by brain tumors. They can be caused by the many other illness as well. It is undergo diagnostic testing.
The following symptoms are most common.
1. HEADACHE.
2.WEEKNESSS.
3. CLUMSINESS.
4. DIFFICULTY WALKING.
5. NAUSEA VOIMTING. (Especially in morning)
6. ABNORMALITIES IN VISION.
7. DIFFICULTY IN SPEECH.

Metastatic brain tumors.
Meaning.
The process metastasis occurs when cancer cells leave the primary cancer tissue and entire either the lymphatic system reach the blood or bloodstream directly. These cancer cells eventually reach the brain tissue through the blood stream where they develop into tumors.

Types of Primary Brain tumor
They are four stages of primary brain tumors.
Grade 1. The tissue is benign. The cells look nearly like abnormal brain cells and cell growth is slow.
Grade 2. The tissue is malignant. The cells look like normal cells than do the cells in a grade 1 tumor.
Grade 3. The malignant tissues has cells look that very different from normal cells. The abnormal cells are actively growing. These cells are termed anaplastic.
Grade 4. The Malignant tissue has cells that look most abnormal and tend to grow very fast.

Types of brain cancer
There are two types of brain cancer.
Primary brain tumor and Metastatic brain tumors.
Once transformed the cell grow and multiply in abnormal ways. As these cell grow they grow a mass of cells or tumor. Brain tumor that results from this transformation and abnormal growth of brain cells are called primary brain tumors because they originate in the brain that type of cancer could be called primary brain tumor.

Brain cancer
Meaning.
Brain cancer are the consequence of the abnormal growth of the cells in brain. Brain cancer can arises form primary brain cells, from the cells that form other brain components. or from the growth of the cancer cells from the other organs that have spread to the brain by the bloodstream.
Types of Cancer
Many number cancer types are here. The important type of cancer are the following
1. Brain cancer.
2. Liver cancer.
3. Breast cancer.

3. Breast cancer.
Cancer stem cell
Cancer stem cells found with in tumors or hematological cancers. it possess characteristics associated with normal stem cells, the ability to give rise to all cell types found in particular cancer sample. These cells are tumorigenic cancer cells. it generate tumors through the stem cell process self renewal and differentiation into multiple cell types. These cells are proposed into tumors as a distinct population and cause relapse and metastasis by giving rise to new tumors.

Differences between stem cells.
One major difference between adult and embryonic stem cell is the different abilities in the number and the type of differentiated cell types that they become. Embryonic stem cell can become all cell types of the body becomes they are pluripotent. Adult stem cell that can be limited to be differentiating into different cell type of their tissues of origin.
Property of Stem cell.
Self-renewal.
Obligatory asymmetric replication a stem cell divides in to daughter cell that is identical to the original stem cell and another stem cell is differentiated.
Stochastic differentiation when one stem cell develop into two differentiated daughter cell another stem cell undergone mitosis and produces two stem cells identical to the original.

Potency definition.
1. Totipotent .
These cells are produced from fusion of an egg and sperm cell. Cells produced by the first few divisions of the fertilized egg are also totipotent.
2. Pluripotent.
These cells derived form any of the three germ layers.
3.Multipotent.
These cell can differentiate into a number of cells. but only those of a close related family cells.
4.Oligopotent.
This cell only differentiate into a few cells such as lymphoid or myeloid stem cell.
5. Unipotent.
It can only one produce cell type. but have the property of self-renewal which distinguish them from non-stem cell.

Adult Stem cell Treatment

A number of adult stem cell therapy already exist. particularly bone marrow transplants that are used to treat leukemia. Medical researches anticipate being able to use technologies derived from stem cell research to treat a wider variety of disease including cancer, parkinson's disease, spinal cord injuries, multiple sclerosis, and muscale damage. The possible risk that transplanted stem cells could from tumors and have the possiblity of becoming cancerous if cell division continous uncontorlably
Adult Stem cell

Adult stem cells are rare and generally small in number but he can be found in no of tissues including umbilical cord blood. In mice pluripotent stem cells are directly generated from adult fibroblast culture. Many mice don't live long with stem cell organs. Adult stem cell treatment have been successfully used for many years to treat leukemia and related bone/blood cancer through bone marrow transplants. These are used in veterinary medicine to treat tendon and ligament injuries in horses.
